An unboxing video or clear photos are provided as proof

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Items returned without prior approval
Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged)

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Replacement Policy
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement delivery timelines depend on product availability and location.
If the product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
Order Cancellation

After Shipping
